I threw an impromptu dinner party for my friends last night and it went over pretty well.
We had:
- chorizo
- cotija cheese
- paprika rind goat cheese
- guacamole
- Confit chicken thighs
- homemade peach sangria
- red wine
- salad
- arepas
- sweet cream & blueberry sorbet with granola and blueberries
It made me realize that I really enjoy cooking for my friends. I guess it’s how I show people how much I love them. It brings me such joy to see people enjoying my food. Which is another reason why I get so insulted when my mom makes a disgusted face when my cooking is too salty… haha.
